This restaurant off the beaten track prioritises quality and locally-sourced products. The contemporary cuisine mixes ingredients and original twists. The à la carte menu changes during the year and even every day, depending on what is in season. The stand-out dishes are the croquettes, flaky potatoes, oxtail lasagne, and mazamorra (a cold soup made with garlic, almonds and bread). For dessert, you can’t go wrong with the torrija (Spanish-style French toast) or the cheesecake. Complete wine list. Attentive staff who give good advice. The venue comprises different zones: a gastrobar with a laid-back atmosphere, a private dining room, and a terrace that is always packed. Booking is essential.
