Set in an incomparable setting, in one of the "hanging houses", this contemporary-style venue preserves the original wooden structure and has stunning views of the Huécar gorge. His signature haute cuisine is deeply rooted in the territory, is sustainable and revives forgotten ingredients. There is no à la carte menu, but two tasting menus.
