Great little restaurant. Chef Xavier Aguado uses local organic produce to prepare his creative cuisine. They have different menus: lunch, tasting or surprise, where the diner has to guess the ingredients. Be warned, it's not that easy! Very well-prepared dishes full of colour and flavour, such as the parsnip trinxat with mushrooms and green beans, organic egg and beet emulsion or the marinated pork on couscous and black sesame. They also organise cooking classes. You must book in advance. Anyone who tries it tends to go back.
