À la carte menu and very varied tasting menu with optional wine pairing. Dishes include game, truffles and mushrooms. You must try the duck magret, which has been on the menu since 1986. Surprising desserts. The dining room is elegant and inviting. Superb service to match. A must that everyone should try at least once.
