It is always a pleasure to return to this restaurant, a place where time stands still, where traditional cuisine is cherished, the mise en place is meticulously maintained and service remains impeccable. Jaume Subirós, the current chef, offers excellent traditional Catalan cuisine with a French flair, made using local, seasonal products. Highlights include hare à la royale, cannelloni, memorable baked Caesar's mushrooms, an endless cheese trolley and perfect crêpes Suzette. Wine selection at the same level. A mandatory stop.
