This project by Chef Marc Boronat (Cipresaia), in Barri Vell, offers signature cuisine with a French accent, designed for sharing and prepared with high-quality ingredients. His dishes, apparently simple, conceal a great deal of work and technique. Must-tries include the fricandó croquettes, foal steak tartare, bonito tiradito and eel rice with Iberian pork jowl and wasabi.
