The Rocambolesc brand of the Roca family has ventured into savoury cuisine with this "bikinery" located next to their ice cream parlour and pastry shop in the Barri Vell of Girona. They offer four options of "bikinis", or toasted sandwiches: the classic ham and cheese, the Iberian ham, the pastrami, and the veggie. Enjoy your sandwich with a glass of freshly squeezed apple juice. The place is minimal, with a counter where you can see the sandwiches being prepared and a small corner where you can sit and enjoy your meal, although most customers order their sandwich to go. There is usually a queue. A nice experience, ideal for a quick meal.
