Located in the historic Palacio de Santa Paula Hotel, this restaurant occupies one of the most singular spaces in Granada. At the helm of the kitchen, Luis Miguel Luque presents an offering that champions the province’s product and brings Granada’s traditional recipes up to date. The market gardens, the Costa Tropical and the mountains inspire a recognisable à la carte menu, prepared with technique and no unnecessary artifice. The interior dining room is elegant, although it is the old cloister that gives the place its special charm. A carefully curated wine list and attentive service complete an experience that looks to its territory with ambition.
