Located in the Palacio de Santa Paula Hotel, in a former convent, this restaurant boasts an elegant dining room as well as seating in the cloister. Chef Rafael Arroyo presents a menu with dishes from the different regions of Granada, an executive menu at lunchtime and a tasting menu with pairing options. Pajuna beef tenderloin, Mediterranean turbot with spring garlic and trout from Riofrío are some of the dishes on offer. The wine cellar and the service match the experience. A place with a lot of history and a special charm.
