A traditional place in San Sebastián, also known as Polipaso. Bar with tables, restaurant and terrace offering traditional Basque cuisine made from local and seasonal ingredients. Pintxos, sandwiches, and an à la carte menu. Premium ingredients, prepared with TLC. Fish soup, cod omelette, kokotxas and T-bone steak, among other dishes. Delicious desserts. Charming staff. Although it isn’t in the centre, it's well worth the trip to Mount Igeldo.
