Asador Nicolás

One of the meccas of steak of the Basque Country. A family-run business with over sixty years of history. Pedro and Xabier Ruiz, son and grandson of the founder, are responsible for preserving its homely spirit. They keep the legend of the char-grilled fatty steak alive, garnished with lettuce, spring onion, and Piquillo peppers. For dessert, you can't go wrong with Pepi’s cheesecake. A historic wine cellar with old labels.
