With over one hundred years of history, this is the oldest restaurant to remain open in Gipuzkoa and one of the legends of its cuisine. Standing above the sea at entrance to the port of Pasajes, it offers the best views to watch boats coming and going. Specialists in seafood and fish. An impeccable place with a natural seafood tank in the centre of the dining room from which to choose lobsters. Good products. The sole meunière, the monkfish or the red sea bream are fantastic, as is the txangurro au gratin or the kokotxas. Friendly, meticulous staff. You can’t go wrong.
