Founded in 1884 and now run by the fourth generation of the family, it is one of the oldest restaurants and a true gastronomic icon of the Basque Country. Situated overlooking the sea in Pasajes, it boasts a tastefully decorated dining room with views and a unique, natural fish tank in the centre where you can choose your own lobsters. The cuisine, rooted in Basque tradition, focuses on top-quality fish and seafood, with baked spider crab, hake cheeks and roast sea bream among the favourites.
