At the Palacio Bellas Artes Hotel, the renowned Basque chef Andoni Luis Aduriz offers classic, traditional cuisine that revives some of the great dishes from culinary history. The menu ranges from flavours reminiscent of the legendary Zuberoa, to nods to Sardi’s cannelloni, and a beef Wellington inspired by The Palmer House. The wine list is well-curated and features a selection of small but excellent wineries. Furthermore, the bar area boasts its own bakery, savoury canapés and delicious breakfasts, available by prior reservation. A cuisine that proves the great classics still have much to offer.
