In Andoni Luis Aduriz’s most iconic project, creativity, challenge, flavour and tradition come together to surprise and, above all, provoke thought in the diner. The experience is conceived as a game, centred around a single tasting menu that is constantly evolving, never repeated, and may even vary from table to table on the same day. A young, attentive and highly skilled team accompanies diners throughout the experience. Surrounded by hills, the venue boasts a carefully crafted design that blends art and tradition. It is open only from May to October. A unique experience that breaks the mould.
