With the change of location, chef Diego Borrero has also shifted his culinary approach. He now focuses on market-fresh cuisine with seasonal and local ingredients, offering a short but well-balanced menu featuring vegetables, seafood, fish and meat. Dishes include asparagus with Parmesan over pesto, roasted tomatoes with goat cheese, eggs with king prawn and mojama (salt-cured tuna). Be sure to save room for the desserts, which combine flavours in original ways. The service is attentive and provides detailed explanations of the dishes.
