Juan Pablo Gámez develops cuisine closely tied to Jaén, its roots and its recipe book, revisited from a contemporary perspective. The territory, the season and the product shape a proposal that can be enjoyed à la carte or through different tasting menus. The desserts deserve special attention, as does the magnificent underground wine cellar, which brings together around three hundred national and international labels. The restaurant occupies a centrally located restored mansion in Linares, with different areas and a carefully kept dining room. An established, reliable address with excellent value for money.
