In Logroño’s old town, Alberto has created, within his own stone building, a restaurant that blends Riojan tradition with just the right touch of innovation. A long entrance with a side bar leads to several dining rooms—a main one and two private spaces—all warmly decorated, with a bold twist provided by a large reinterpretation of The Last Supper in vibrant tropical colours. The menu combines Riojan classics such as pocha beans, potatoes with chorizo and menestra with grilled meats and fish, all accompanied by a well-curated wine list. A soulful project that’s set to become a local benchmark.
