Its long history has made this place a true local classic. The oldest pub in Calle Laurel, it’s a firm favourite with locals and tourists alike. The kitchen serves simple, everyday food that’s well prepared and nicely presented. Salads stand out among the offerings, especially the tomato salad. At the bar, wines and freshly made pinchos are served to order, with the flagship pincho being the little sardine sandwich with chili peppers. There’s also a small dining room for savouring small dishes and cazuelitas. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and an essence that remains intact.
