This restaurant nestled in a 17th-century winery belongs to the same Rioja family that owns another winery-restaurant in Casalarreina. Jorge has transformed his old restaurant to create, within a classic stone structure, an innovative space with different atmospheres. They offer two tasting menus, one short and one longer, in which the chef leaves his mark by experimenting with new gastronomic proposals, always focusing on local ingredients. The different atmospheres add extra personality and exclusivity to the place.
