Francis Paniego’s proposal in the centre of Logroño is built around simplicity without artifice. The setting is understated, with zero-impact décor in sustainable wood. The dining room now combines the traditional communal tables with individual ones, making it equally suited to groups as well as couples or families seeking a level of privacy that wasn’t previously available. The discreet menu maintains its quality and includes recognisable nods to Echaurren, such as the legendary croquettes or offal stews, alongside well-executed, more personal dishes. They also serve a much-loved brunch, well known around the city. An enjoyable experience.
