A bold and innovative concept that blends Japanese techniques and recipes with local ingredients, mostly from the Bierzo region. Chef-owner Samuel Naveira, a young talent with extensive experience in national kitchens, offers a single tasting menu called Viaje a Japón (Trip to Japan). Some of the dishes are trout nigiri, wild boar yakitori, Galician octopus okonomiyaki and Bierzo-style ramen. In this small space with a rustic feel every detail is meticulously taken care of. A creative culinary experience that doesn’t disappoint.
