Chef María Marte, previously awarded in Madrid, leads this intimate space for just twenty-four guests. She presents two tasting menus that celebrate local ingredients with impeccable technique, creativity, and a sustainable vision. Dishes such as shrimp with lentils and curry or the squab over white yautía risotto with annatto emulsion are a true delight. The elegant and inviting setting combines dark wood, soft lighting, and white linen-draped tables. Open Friday through Sunday. This project further consolidates the chef as an icon of Dominican haute cuisine.
