The Madrid branch of the renowned Santander restaurant. Paco Quirós serves traditional Cantabrian cuisine with prime ingredients and well-made dishes. Famous for its calamari, chorizo croquettes and hake, which is prepared in four different ways. The cheesecake is delicious. A cosy dining room, a bar counter, perfect for tapas, and a lovely terrace. Good wine selection. Booking is a must. It does not disappoint.
