Fusion cuisine with Galician product in the Justicia neighbourhood. The menu is based on raw or semi-raw foods, although some cooked dishes are also served. The highlights are: the amberjack tiradito with honey, oyster sauce and pisco, the sea bass ceviche, the chaufa fried rice with Peking duck and prawns and the almadraba tuna tataki. Pleasant bistro décor with open windows, brick walls and a large marble-topped bar. Good wine list. There is a clandestine bar downstairs.
