By veteran chef Jesús del Cerro, one of the leading lights on the local food scene. Offers classic comfort food with quality ingredients and small signature touches. Extensive à la carte menu plus several tasting menus. The star dishes include cod brandade, lobster carpaccio, pocha bean and partridge stew, and roasted venison fillet. Establishment divided into three spaces. A gastrobar on the ground floor, and on the top floor an elegant dining room with linen-draped tables and a large terrace overlooking the Royal Palace of Aranjuez. A safe bet.
