They hail from Santoña in Cantabria, and their star dish is the Cantabrian salted anchovies, probably one of the best in Madrid. They produce and sell the anchovies themselves. They also serve smoked and salted delicacies, cheeses, charcoal-grilled meat and fish. An open space with a bar counter for pre-lunch nibbles, a dining room decorated in a nautical style on the lower level and a little terrace. Some of their produce can be purchased.
