This historic restaurant is situated in the former Casino de Alcalá, in the centre of Alcalá de Henares. The menu combines traditional Castilian cuisine with more contemporary dishes. Among the must-try dishes are pork scratchings with revolconas potatoes, rice with cuttlefish and prawns, steak tartare and suckling pig. There’s also an interesting set menu and an extensive, classic wine list.
