Hotel/restaurant in a lovely 16th-century building. Neo-rustic décor in the dining room, with large windows facing the courtyard. Tried-and-true traditional Castilian cuisine, particularly rices, meats and fish. Roast suckling pig, suckling lamb chops and oxtail stew, among other dishes. On Wednesdays they serve cocido madrileño. À la carte options and all sorts of set menus. Good service and above-average wine list. A classic in the area.
