A traditional Andalusian tavern that was established in the Salamanca neighbourhood and has opened six more premises throughout Madrid over the years. Moorish décor. Wood dominates the dining room, which has a good-sized bar and high barrels for having tapas. Don’t miss their mojama (cured tuna), Iberian cold cuts, smoked meats, finger sandwiches, Andalusian stews or fried fish dishes. A limited cellar. Staff seems slightly harried.
