Chef Iván Muñoz places special emphasis on Madrilenian gastronomy with Manchegan touches, offering modern, creative haute cuisine. With passion for his homeland and its local produce. À la carte menu and different tasting menus that regularly change, featuring dishes such as an elegant version of the classic cocido madrileño, garlic soup, Toledo-style partridge, hare à la royale, and venison Wellington.
