This restaurant belonging to the Azotea Group is located on the sixth floor of the emblematic Palacio de Cibeles. Chefs Jesús Almagro and Manuel Berganza head this project, with a cuisine inspired by Madrid's traditional recipes and prepared using local produce. Creative dishes with meticulous presentations in which the product takes centre stage. Their offering is completed with a varied range of cocktails.
