The well-known Ibizan restaurant arrives in Madrid with a contemporary Mediterranean proposal led by young chef Liván Valdés. The cuisine incorporates French touches, subtle nods to Madrid tradition and locally sourced ingredients. Dishes such as onion soup, a faux lasagne of wild boar ragù or Bresse pigeon define the house style. The wine list is very well chosen and the atmosphere is relaxed. The space combines a bar area with high tables and a cosy, intimate dining room at the back. A pleasant experience.
