The new stall by Madrid chef Roberto Martínez Foronda (Tripea) located in the La Paz market. A bar that seats twelve diners where no bookings are accepted. The menu includes about a dozen dishes showcasing the chef's street food style, fusing Peruvian and Southeast Asian flavours.
