Luis Arévalo is one of the pioneers of Nikkei cuisine in Spain. Here he has chosen a more personal style of cooking devoted to Japan. Despite offering a short à la carte menu and an executive menu, it is the omakase menu that forms the basis of his proposal, which changes every day depending on seasonal availability. A modest venue with a sushi bar seating eight for customers wanting to watch his skillful knife work. Wines from small producers and a well-selected variety of sakes. Somewhat high prices, but justifiably so.
