Chef Lucas Bustos offers a cuisine centred on fire, but far from the typical Argentinean grill. His style is creative and full of personality, making it hard to categorise. He works with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. The menu includes both à la carte and tasting options, featuring vegetables, meats, fish, a variety of freshly baked breads and a well-curated cocktail list. The venue is very cosy, with tasteful décor, and includes various floors and spaces: a chef’s table, a main dining room and a lower floor for more informal tapas. A unique and distinctive choice that does not disappoint.
