They achieve this by using middle-of-the-road ingredients and constantly innovating in terms of preparation. The tuna tartar, the unagi and butterfish sushi, the special maki and their famous, homemade gyoza all stand out. Unbeatable set lunch menus. No-one else gives you so much for so little.
