Chamberí market stall known for serving one of the best burgers in Spain, made with prime cuts of beef fresh ground by hand every day. The menu also includes acorn-fed Iberian pork pluma (end loin) and rib-eye or T-bone beef steaks. Short wine list. There tend to be lines at the weekend, but be patient. It’s definitely worth the wait. They have other venues in the city.
