A novel burger bar operating out of a tiny establishment with just the basic furniture and a few vintage gadgets. The menu only features five smash burgers, made with carefully selected meat and served on a brioche. The house speciality is the Hope: a triple smash burger with cheddar cheese, bacon and homemade sauce. Order it with truffled, stuffed or spicy potatoes. They don't take bookings and there’s usually a queue or people eating outside in the street. An authentic burger joint with a delicious offering!
