This unique project, led by young and talented chefs Jorge Muñoz and Sara Peral, is housed in a chalet on the banks of the Manzanares River. The carefully designed minimalist interior features several distinct spaces, an impressive wine cellar and a dining room with a fireplace. The culinary proposal is bold and unconventional: there’s no menu, only two seasonal tasting menus featuring cured meats, offal, game and fish, many of them aged, smoked or matured. The outstanding wine list includes rare and hard-to-find labels. A daring experience designed for the most intrepid palates.
