At the bar or at the tables, you can try their ramen, the house speciality, in a bowl of pork broth and vegetables with the original sauce, shoyu or miso, and also other Japanese dishes such as takoyaki, karaage chicken or gyozas. They don’t take bookings and due to their reasonable prices, there’s always a line out the door. The first ramen restaurant in Madrid has become a franchise with more establishments in the city.
