This is a project by Yong Wu Nagahira, a young Chinese-Japanese chef born in Paris. A fresh, multicultural formula based on Japanese cuisine with a few Spanish touches. Highlights include the incredible homemade sauces and stocks, in addition to their aged and marinated fish. The jewel in the crown here are the nigiri, served in every shape and form. Choose between à la carte dining or enjoying the tasting menu. This is one of the best value for money restaurants in the city.
