Located in a large Castilian house dating back to the 16th century. Rustic décor with brick walls and wooden beams. Large dining rooms and terraces for events. Castilian cuisine with some Basque dishes and a little of everything. A large oak wood-fired oven for the house specials: roast suckling lamb and pig. The à la carte menu also includes fish, grilled T-bone steak, rice dishes and seasonal vegetables. The most famous thing about this restaurant is that in winter they organise pig slaughtering events with tasting menus. On Wednesdays they serve cocido madrileño.
