A restaurant with roots in Ibiza (its flagship being located on the popular island) and offering international cuisine. The menu includes Balearic cuisine with Latin American and Asian touches. All made using local produces and regional ingredients, the unarguable stars of the show. An original, fun and rich proposal in which the classic bullit de peix and Ibiza squid hot dog are a must. It has two atmospheres: a cosy dining room with views out onto an interior patio with plenty of plants, and an informal bar with high tables. It has a private room with its own kitchen.
