Japanese cuisine at a communal table that seats just eight people, with one-hour dining slots. There is no menu; it’s a set menu of about six courses at a fixed price. The star dish is the domburi with caramelised kabayaki eel and foie gras. The chef prepares and finishes the dishes in front of the diners. Booking is a must. A successful formula that is very popular with the younger crowd.
