The cuisine is difficult to label, but the focus is clear: deeply developed sauces and broths and seasonal ingredients. Don't miss the ajoblanco with shrimp and pickles, the beef sweetbread with smoked eel or the quail pastela in pepitoria sauce. The wine list highlights small producers and offers a solid selection of sherries. The cosy, elegant dining room has a warm, familiar feel, though tables are a bit close.
