A renowned tavern in Usera that has gained recognition in recent years, run by Mingheng Chen, of Chinese origin, known by everyone as Iván. He bought the bar from Paco, its former owner, in exchange for teaching him his secret traditional recipes. Thanks to this, he now serves excellent tripe, pork scratchings, snails and fried ear, among many other specialities. You can also find very good seafood and surprising steamed fish. Frequented by a very loyal clientele. A real find in the Usera neighbourhood.
