The more informal, fun version of Treze from Saúl Sanz. Small, classic-style establishment, designed for eating at the bar counter. Tapas and larger portions to nibble on, all with the chef’s unique touch. The menu includes corvina ceviche, crunchy pig’s ear saam, chicken wings, a pastrami sandwich and baby squid in a brioche bun. To drink, vermouth served well and good wines by the glass. An excellent choice if you fancy a casual bite or two.
