A proposal from Lamucca Group led by chef Andy Boman, known as "El Flaco". This food shop, inspired by traditional grocery shops or corner stores, features a tasting bar and a dining room. The brief but varied menu, with a Nordic touch, celebrates and pays homage to smoked foods. Among its hits are the funky tripe, anchovies on brioche, sea bass tiradito, and hot-smoked salmon. An original and different culinary experience.
