Japanese cuisine with Korean influence. Korean specialities such as kimchi or the bibimbap rice, although their star dish are the meats, particularly Ozaki Wagyu. They are all finely cut and served raw so that diners can grill them to their liking in the yakiniku grills installed in the tables. The wine list, which includes some appealing sakes, is good and reasonably priced. Bright premises with an understated, elegant décor that combines tradition and modernity. Spacious and exclusive private dining rooms. A highly recommended experience.
