Restaurant specialising in oysters and champagne. Located in the city centre, it combines traditional Andalusian cuisine with touches of the avant-garde. The menu brings together dishes as various as potato salad or dogfish stew with more sophisticated recipes such as flambéed sturgeon with pumpkin puree. They also offer the widest variety of oysters in the whole province, coming from as far afield as Brittany, Normandy or Ireland. Extensive wine list. The interior space is small, which makes eating at the bar a necessity, but they do have a terrace. A gourmet spot with a pure taste of the sea.
