Fine dining at Málaga’s Muelle Uno. Using Andalusian culinary tradition as a starting point, award-winning chef José Carlos García creates two tasting menus where local ingredients and the flavours of Málaga set the pace. Caridean shrimp, red mullet, sea bass or baby squid share the stage with vegetables, meats and game in a technically accomplished proposal full of identity. The wine pairings are thoughtfully designed and work beautifully throughout. The space combines an industrial-style interior dining room with vertical gardens and a terrace overlooking the harbour. A blend of roots, signature cuisine and “a touch of rock ‘n roll”.
